Dan is a founder of Cedar Creek Partners.  His private equity experience dates back to 1988.  At Cedar Creek, Dan focuses on buyouts and industry consolidations of manufacturing and distribution companies.  Over the years, he has been a director for numerous portfolio companies and currently serves as a director of EPIK Corporation; Schaefer Equipment, Inc.; SPARAK Financial Systems, LLC; and Waupaca Northwoods, LLC.

Previous to Cedar Creek Partners and Banc One Venture Corporation, Dan was a commercial banking officer serving middle market customers at Bank One, Milwaukee, NA.  He has experience in operations, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions. 

Dan is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth as well as a member of The Executive Committee (TEC).  He is also a board member of the Northwestern University Alumni Association. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Chicago.

Bob is a founder of Cedar Creek Partners.  His private equity experience dates back to 1987.  At Cedar Creek, Bob focuses his expertise on buyouts and recapitalizations of manufacturing and distribution companies within diverse industries. The majority of his investments have been recapitalizations of family-owned and management-owned businesses. Bob has served on the board of many portfolio companies and is currently a director of Dart Distributing, LLC; Netcom, Inc.; Noah's Collectors Gallery LLC; Nordco Inc.; Ramco Industries, Inc.; and Syron Engineering & Manufacturing, LLC.

Prior to Cedar Creek Partners and Banc One Venture Corporation, Bob was a workout specialist with First RepublicBank in Dallas.

He is a director of the Wisconsin Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. Bob holds Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration Degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Becky joined Cedar Creek Partners in 1998 as Vice President of Finance and Administration. In addition to managing the accounting, financial reporting and tax functions for Cedar Creek, she is also responsible for investor relations, human resource management, and other office administration issues.

Prior to joining Cedar Creek Partners, Becky was a senior financial analyst for Deluxe Corporation.  Previous to Deluxe, she held various finance positions at Banc One Wisconsin Corporation which included management of accounting functions for Banc One Venture Corporation.

Becky is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accounts (WICPA).  She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
